Processing Time

Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days.

Processing time is separate from the shipping/transit time selected at checkout.

Orders placed during holidays, sales, festivals, special events, or other high-volume periods may require additional processing time.

Standard Shipping

Standard Shipping: $6.95

Estimated delivery times provided by the shipping carrier are estimates and are not guaranteed.

Express Shipping

Express Shipping: $14.95

Please note that selecting Express Shipping speeds up the carrier's transit method but does not eliminate our normal order-processing time.

Free Shipping

We offer FREE standard shipping on qualifying U.S. orders of $75 or more, when available.

Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive shipping confirmation and tracking information when available.

Please allow time for the shipping carrier to scan your package and update its tracking information.

Incorrect Shipping Addresses

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout.

If you notice an error after placing your order, please contact us immediately. We will make reasonable efforts to correct the address before shipment, but we cannot guarantee changes once an order has been processed or shipped.

Plur City is not responsible for delivery problems caused by an incorrect or incomplete address supplied by the customer.

Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages

Shipping carriers may experience delays due to weather, holidays, operational issues, or other circumstances outside Plur City's control.

If your tracking information indicates a delivery problem, please contact us and we will help determine the appropriate next steps.
