At Plur City, we want you to love your purchase. Please review our return policy before making a purchase.

Returns

Eligible merchandise may be returned within 14 days of delivery or purchase for STORE CREDIT ONLY.

To qualify for a return, merchandise must be:

• Unworn and unused

• In its original condition

• Free of stains, odors, makeup, deodorant, pet hair, or other signs of wear

• Returned with all original tags attached

Plur City reserves the right to refuse a return that does not meet these requirements.

Final Sale Items

For health, hygiene, and clearance reasons, the following items are FINAL SALE and cannot be returned or exchanged:

• Accessories

• Swimwear and bathing suits

• Undergarments

• Clearance items

• Sale items

• Any additional merchandise specifically marked FINAL SALE

Online Returns

For online purchases, please contact us within 14 days of delivery before sending your return.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item received was incorrect or arrived damaged due to an error by Plur City.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

We recommend using a trackable shipping method. Plur City is not responsible for return packages that are lost or damaged in transit.

Store Credit

Approved returns will be issued as Plur City store credit. We do not issue refunds to the original payment method except where required by applicable law.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order when it arrives.

If you receive an incorrect, defective, or damaged item, please contact us as soon as possible with your order number, a description of the issue, and photos of the merchandise so we can review the problem and determine the appropriate resolution.
